Job Summary

This position at Tipsy Putt primarily greets guests, checks for valid identification, and ensures the safety of our team and guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome and ID checks of our guests
Provide a brief overview of our customer experience from games to food and drinks
Ensuring responsible serving practices, preventing guests from over intoxication
Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment for guests by bussing tables, chairs, and glassware, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the shift when needed.
Knowledge of current and future promotions within the pub
Event promotion during big events near the pub

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Toast POS system
Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner
Active Guard Card preferred

Physical Requirements:

100% walk and stand
Communicate with guests and team members in person and on radio comms
Operate POS system / Toast
Ability to use IPAD and various applications
Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
